If your account number doesn’t start with “AC,” simply enter your full account number as the username. If it starts with “AC,” remove the “AC” and enter the remaining numbers.
Password: Use the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on file for you.
Complete your payment by clicking the link below.
Once logged in, please ensure that you update your password to a secure 4–8-digit code.

Select Pay Bill under Front Load Commercial Customers
Enter your Customer account number as your ID
After signing in, you will be able to view your account details and make payments.

This will have your most up to date information. Payments can take up to two business days to post to your account.

To sign-in to your account you will need your Account number and password.
Once you have obtained this information, proceed to the following steps:
Step 1: Visit evergreenws.com and click on the “Pay Bill” button.
Step 2: Click on the “click here” button.
Step 3: Input your account number for “Account Number” and Password is the last 4- digits of your telephone number on file.

To set up for autopay, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Visit evergreenws.com and log into your account.
*If you currently do not have your log in information, please contact our office.
Step 2: Select “Pay by Debit or Credit Card”
Step 3: If you are making a payment, input the total amount you would like to pay. If you’re not making a payment, input 0.00.
Step 4: Input credit card information
Step 5: Tap the “Check here to sign up for autopay” check box

To change the password on your customer portal account, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: Select “Change Password”
Step 3: Add new password and press “Change”
