It has been brought to our attention that there has been some confusion regarding April billing and our new account management system (AMCS).

As many of you know, on March 6th, Evergreen made the switch over to AMCS. This new system brings customers easier access and control over their account. While this transition will bring many new exciting features, it is important to note that credit/debit card information did not transfer over due to security reasons. Therefore, we are asking for all customers who were previously set up on auto-pay to provide their payment information on our new customer portal.

Our office staff has been working to notify customers regarding this change. Letters have been sent in the mail and phone calls have been made to communicate this information. However, since we are still in a transition period, we decided it would be best to process all auto debit accounts through our previous system to prevent any interruption to service.

Please note that we will not be processing payments through our old system on your next billing cycle. It will be necessary to provide credit card information on our AMCS customer portal. Please visit our AMCS FAQ page for information on how to sign up for the portal or call our office at (302) 635-7055 to have a customer service representative assist you.
