To change the password on your customer portal account, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Log into your customer portal account

Step 2: Select “Security Settings”

Step 3: Add new password.

Password change completed!

To set up for autopay on the customer portal, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Visit evergreenws.com and log into the customer portal.

*If you currently do not have your log in information, please contact our office.

Step 2: Select “Payment Accounts”

Step 3: Select “Save New Card”

Step 4: Input credit card information

Step 5: Tap the “autopay” toggle button

To sign-up for our AMCS customer portal using this method you will need an invoice dated April 2024 or later. If you do not have an upcoming invoice, we will be mailing out invoices with a zero balance for registration purposed only. These invoices will be sent via mail and email within the next few weeks.

Step 1: Visit evergreenws.com and click on the AMCS Portal button.

Step 2: Click “Sign Up”

Step 3: Select “Sign Up with Invoice Number”

Step 4: Complete the following form.

Your customer number and invoice number will be located on your most recent invoice:

To sign-up for our AMCS customer portal using this method you will need to contact our office and obtain your pin number and activation code.

Once you have obtained this information, proceed to the following steps:

Step 1: Visit evergreenws.com and click on the AMCS Portal button.

Step 2: Click “Sign-up”

Step 3: Select “Sign Up with PIN”

Step 4: Complete the registration form.

*As a reminder, you will need to contact our office to receive your pin number and activation code.

Step 5: Confirm registration via email.

You must click the confirmation URL to complete the portal registration within 5 minutes of receiving the email. Otherwise, the link will expire.
