Dear Customer,

In order to better serve you, as of March 6th, 2024, Evergreen Waste Services will be using a brand-new account management software. To ensure that we continue to service your home, we are kindly asking all customers to sign-up for the AMCS customer portal. Registration will take less than 5 minutes and will only need to be completed one time.

Our new customer portal will allow for online, convenient access to your account. From the portal you will be able to:

  • View all service activity
  • Pay invoices & manage payment information
  • Request service ( ex: bulk & metal, bin repairs)
  • Submit questions to customer service

Beginning March 6th, once you receive your next invoice you will be able to register yourself for the portal using the link below:

If you do not have an upcoming invoice, we will be sending invoices with zero balances for registration purposes only within the next few weeks.

You will need to enter your customer number, including the prefix, and your invoice number, including the prefix.

Once you have created your login, please check your email and click the confirmation URL. You must confirm via the link to complete the registration within 5 minutes before the link expires. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive this within 10 minutes.
